KUALA LUMPUR: YNH Property Bhd (YNH) has accomplished its Sukuk Wakalah issuance of RM323 million in nominal worth through its Sukuk Wakalah Program.
In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia at this time, the corporate stated Sequence 1 of the Islamic medium-term notes (IMTN) issuance has a nominal worth of RM153 million, to mature on Feb 28, 2025.
In the meantime, Sequence 2 of the IMTN issuance has a nominal worth of RM170 million, to mature on Feb 26, 2027.
The Sukuk Wakalah Program is structured primarily based on the Shariah precept of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar and has been assigned a credit standing of A+ IS by Malaysian Score Company Bhd.
