PETALING JAYA: Bintai Kinden Corp Bhd’s issuance of 24.8 million redeemable convertible desire shares (RCPS) at 10 sen per share, has been subscribed by boutique fund administration firm OUD Asset Administration Sdn Bhd.
In a Bursa Malaysia submitting, the mechanical and electrical engineering providers group mentioned it had on April 5, 2022 acquired the subscription notices accepted by OUD for the RCPS subscription, as per the settlement on April 28, 2021 and supplemental settlement on July 29, 2021 on the issuance of as much as 190.95 million 4% non-cumulative RCPS by Bintai Kinden.
