KUALA LUMPUR: Minetech Assets Bhd has secured a building contract price RM4.4mil from GLM Emerald Sq. (Cheras) Sdn Bhd.
In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia, the mining group mentioned its wholly owned subsidiary, Minetech Building Sdn Bhd (MCSB), had accepted a letter of award from GLM Emerald.
Minetech mentioned the contract was for the development of exterior infrastructural and related works for the proposed Emerald 9 Cheras growth in Selangor.
The undertaking is anticipated to begin on April 1 and shall be accomplished by Nov 30, 2022.
“The undertaking is anticipated to contribute positively to the income, earnings and web property of the corporate and its subsidiaries for the monetary 12 months ending March 31, 2023,” Minetech mentioned.
