In a submitting with Bursa Malaysia, Gamuda introduced that it had acquired a proposal from Amanat Lebuhraya Rakyat Bhd (ALR) for his or her stakes in Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd, Sistem Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat Sdn Bhd and Projek Sensible Holdings Sdn Bhd.
KPS introduced that its 20% affiliate firm System Penyuraian Trafik KL Barat Holdings Sdn Bhd acquired a proposal from ALR for its curiosity in SPRINT.
