KUALA LUMPUR: KPower Bhd has appointed Amirul Afif Abd Aziz as group chief government officer (GCEO) succeeding group managing director Mustakim Mat Nun with rapid impact.
Previous to the appointment, Amirul Afif had been its group chief monetary officer.
KPower stated Mustakim has been re-designated as government chairman from his earlier place as government chairman cum group managing director.
“Because the GCEO, Amirul will lead the administration in driving enterprise development and additional enhancing operational excellence in the direction of reaching its monetary targets whereas maximizing shareholders’ returns,” it stated in a press release.
