KUALA LUMPUR: Econpile Holdings Bhd‘s wholly owned subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd has secured a RM23mil contract from CJ Synergy Options Sdn Bhd to undetake the muse and basement works for an industrial constructing in Part 20, Petaling Jaya.
It stated in a bourse submitting that the devleopment is a five-storey industrial constructing with single-storey M&E at roof degree and a three-storey basement carpark.
The length of the venture can be 9 months from April 18, 2022.
“The Undertaking is anticipated to contribute positively to the income and earnings of the Firm from the monetary 12 months ending 30 June 2022 onwards,” it stated.
